Agritourism in rural economy diversification

Summary/Abstract: Agritourism plays an important part in the diversification of rural economy. It is one of many types of non-agricultural activities. The analysis results show that the number of agritourism farms increases from year to year. Generally speaking, it can bring several economic benefits including the increased farm income and the creation of employment opportunities for family members. The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of agritourism in rural economy diversification.
