Summary/Abstract: The paper refers to the relation between Artificial Intelligence and the right to privacy from the perspective of fundamental privacy-related judgments issued by the European Court of Human Rights. The author starts off by briefly describing examples of new technologies that represent current trends. Then he analyses selected judgments of European Court of Human Rights. In conclusion, the author describes the relation between Artificial Intelligence and the right to privacy, and looks at the consequences of that relation.
