Project cycle management method application in the local government administration

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the stages of project cycle management (PCM) process in the local government administration. The analysis of the validity of the phases of the project life can be concluded that PCM methodology is not used consciously in the studied organization. The implementation of this methodology is possible, but the main barrier is the low level of knowledge and ignorance of the benefits of its use among employees and management personnel offices.
