Summary/Abstract: The study analyses the IT and legal aspects of the acquisition and use of Pegasus-type computer software under operational control in Poland. The presented findings demonstrate the inadmissibility Pegasus-type software in Poland within the framework of operational control, the acquisition and use of which may, in many situations, be deemed to be in breach of the applicable legal provisions and to fulfil the attributes of a criminal offence.
