Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the outstanding Russian intellectual, thinker, founder of the Vladimir philosophical tradition Fyodor Vasilyevich Tzann-kai-si. The existence of a philosopher in the world is analyzed through the prism of personal perception of life and creativity. Within the framework of the “discrete” narrative, attention is focused on the milestones of personal history and key philosophical ideas. A portrait of the Soviet-Russian philosopher, a knight of spiritual production, was “written” at the turn of the century, in which such strokes as well-foundedness, fundamentality, adherence to principles, correctness, non-standard (creativity) were of particular importance. The meaning of the “deontological” citizenship of the philosopher is revealed as not so much expressing an opinion but as generating a formula of wisdom. The characteristic features of an intellectual philosopher are noted - broad erudition, smart and calm criticism, respect for a person. The specifics of the Vladimir (‘non-capital capital”) philosophy, which grows out of a strong synthesis of the love of God and wisdom, narrative and artistic, is shown.
