Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this review is to evaluate the monograph devoted to the institution of the probation officer of a legal entity. The reviewed monograph presented issues regarding the legal position and powers of a probation officerestablished pursuant to Art. 42 of the Civil Code for a legal person without a governing body. The evaluation of the monograph is very high, both in terms of content and workshop. The author comprehensively presented all aspects of the functioning of a probation officer for a legal person and made an in-depth analysis of the doubts arising from the provision of Art. 42 of the Civil Code. The reviewed monograph is an important study that fills a gap in Polish literature on civil law.
