Summary/Abstract: The approach is part of the code of political philosophy and covers the events of the period 1990-2012. The major slippages of that period are analyzed on this issue and the period of the communist totalitarian system. The political regimes are identified: Iliescu, Constantinescu and Trăian Băsescu, the specificity of each political regime and the relation with the civil society.
