Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, English language represents one of the main sources of borrowings for many other languages, including French language. This article aims to analyze some aspects regarding the classification of Anglicisms in French language. As we may notice, French language borrowed many terms and notions from English and this became one of the main concerns of some linguists, who, in order to evaluate the situation, classified the Anglicisms according to particular criteria.
