The role of public force agents in enforcement

Summary/Abstract: The present study analyzes the role of public force agents in the enforcement activity. The new civil procedure Code has operated mentionable alterations in the area of participation of the public force agents in the enforcement phase of the civil trial. The present study does an interdisciplinary research between civil procedural law provisions and material law provisions that regulate the attributions of the public force agents in maintaining public order in enforcement situations.
