Summary/Abstract: The current work is about new methods and technical means, which facilitate the distant objects discovery in the visible and in the infrared part of the optic specter, in varying background brightness. Undoubtedly, this is a very modern problem of worldwide significance which takes more and more attention, intellectual and technical potential, as well as finance. These methods and technical means are designed to find distant objects at varying background brightness by means of optic, electro-optic and optic-electronic appliances and apparatuses, which are mounted on space flying machines
