Summary/Abstract: In this study, the level of mentoring of school principals working in schools located in Izmir, according to teachers' opinions, was examined in terms of demographic variables. As a result of the study conducted with 308 participants using the general screening model, it was seen that there was no significant relationship between the gender and marital status variables of the teachers and the mentoring of the school principals. However, it has been determined that there is a significant relationship between the variables of age, education level, professional seniority, type of school and working time with the current principal, and mentoring of school principals in the dimensions of personality development, professional development and career development. In personality and career development dimension of postgraduate graduates; In personality development and professional development sub-dimensions of those over 50 years old compared to other age groups; In the personality development and professional development sub-dimensions of teachers who have more than 5 years of experience in the profession compared to other age groups; It has been determined that those who work in secondary and high schools differ in terms of career, personality and career development compared to those who teach in primary school, and they see the mentoring of school principals relatively weak.
