Summary/Abstract: The research aimed to review the motivation levels of the students receiving vocational music education toward the baglama lesson. The research is a field study in the descriptive survey model. The study group of the research consists of 137 students who received vocational music education at the undergraduate level by studying in the universities of the Faculty of Education, Fine Arts/Music and Performing Arts Faculty, and Music Departments of the State Conservatories in the 2022-2023 academic year. The students’ motivation levels toward the baglama lesson were collected using the "Individual Instrument Lesson Motivation Scale" developed by Girgin (2015). In line with the research findings, it was concluded that the motivation levels of the students who received vocational music education toward the baglama lesson were moderate.
