Summary/Abstract: One of the important Transylvanian Scholars of German origin of the 19th century, Pauline Schullerus wrote extensively about her own people’s traditions in Transylvania. Whether it was about fairy tales collected from around her birthplace or herbs and their usage, the traditions’ description was always present. This article focuses on two of Pauline Schullerus’ studies from the point of view of Romanian traditions and customs this time, as one of the firsts in her geographical area to collect Romanian fairy tales, customs and traditions.
