Summary/Abstract: Emmanuel Kant, one of the great philosophers of the world, researched with great interest the domain of morality, starting with his thinking from a thought on historical moral theories, considering the variety of theories formulated in the past as a variety of experience. If we take a look at the thoughts of many philosophers, we will notice that : Platonic morality is a morality of transcendence, Epicur anticipated the pleasure and above all the superior pleasures of the spirit, the Stoics referred, in their morality, to indifference to pain and to the firmness of the will in unfavorable circumstances.Kant refuses to adhere to the doctrine of the Stoics, reproaching them that they have lost sight of the complexity of man's moral being, the fact that it is not pure reason, but only a rational animal, a "finite and reasonable" being. There were many who criticized him and disagreed with his thinking, for example, Iris Murdoch reproached that a kantian moral agent, is too absorbed by himself, because his actions focus on him, instead of focusing on others. Even though many contradict the writings of the great philosopher Emmanuel Kant, more inspired in their thinking from them, continuing to do so, Kant representing forever a muse of inspiration.
