Summary/Abstract: This article tries to analyze the author’s Diary with the goal of discovering how sincere the diarist is and how much he is willing to let see from inner turmoils. So, we insisted to underline in the present paper the complexes that he has created not unconsciously, but on the contrary, based on his solid theoretical knowledge: the complex of the uniqueness in the world, the complex of the marginal function, the complex of the writer of the sad figure. The reader is almost overwhelmed by the diarist’s confession, often confused, trying continuously to dissociate the masks. Every authorial complex has its own charm, inviting the reader to search deeply the border between conscious and unconsciousness.
