Summary/Abstract: The second issue of the magazine Arhivele Bessarabiei (April-June 1929) highlights two works that deserve to be highlighted: The Romanian soul in Bessarabia after annexation, written by N. Iorga and the Divanul Moldovei si Bulgarii din Bessarabia (1810-1812) , author T. Bulat. Information is presented about the Romanian writers who contributed to the valorization of the Romanian language and culture, the translations of the Bulgarians from the banks of the Danube river are revealed.
