Summary/Abstract: This article is intended to present a study on the assignation contract of patrimonial rights of the author, insisting on some legislative rambling in the examinated matter. Starting with the characteristically items of this contract, continuing with some critical references on provisions which refers to legal characters, the study will end up pointing some legal problems related to revision and nullity of assignation contract.
