THEATRICAL STRATEGIES FOR OPTIMIZATION AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: The development and optimization of life, in general, is part of the individual or collective evolution of the artist. We are looking for ways, procedures, forms and ways to exploit them precisely to improve our expression. Theatre has provided over time, and continues to do, techniques, strategies, exercises that meet the future artist. Not all of us are compatible with our way of perceiving the "way to ourselves", but they can be a starting point for the "great journey". Actors, directors, set designers, playwrights, musicians, we all seek and search for new ways of expressing our artistic truths, each of us doing our own way. The common denominator is the artistic act.
