Summary/Abstract: This article represents part two of three of a study dedicated to the presentation of some unedited Latin words from the Civil Law Works of Georgiu Plopu and Ştefan Laday. We here by analyse 70 words of Latin origin, most of them being specific terms used in the juridical language of Transylvania in the first 25 years after the union with Romania, which cannot be found in any dictionary of the Romanian language.
