Summary/Abstract: This study outlines an overview of the importance of a fair valuation regarding listed companies, by analyzing microeconomic and macroeconomic factors but also by analyzing the influence of market perception on the stability of trading prices. We conducted this research on Purcari Wineries Public Company Limited by correlating its position on the market along with its risks and competitive advantages with a detailed financial analysis through financial position and performance. In evaluating the company's shares we decided to use the discounted cash flow method that requires all future cash flows to be estimated and discounted by using cost of capital to determine their present value, and the comparison with minority stake transactions, valuing the company compared to other relevant companies in the sector, the market value being deducted compared to the market value of the selected companies.
