Summary/Abstract: This essay seeks to give an analytic overview of the Romanian poets Victoria Ana Tăușan and Gabriela Hurezean‘s whole lyrical work. Both of these authors are representative figures of the Romanian post-war period of poetry from Bihor, although nowadays their names are practically unknown. By this appoach, our paper attempts to emphasize in particular the main features of Tăușan and Hurezean‘s poetry and also to summarize the subtle manners in which these writings behaved in the context of the communist era.
