Summary/Abstract: The article reveals the history of the second Bulgarian law on the organization of the courts, promulgated on February 12, 1883 and associated with the name of the Minister of Justice, Dr. Dimitar Grekov. The author emphasizes the innovations in its content, many of which found a place in subsequent laws on organization of courts.Special attention is paid to the political events until the beginning of September this year and their impact on the implementation of the law. The conclusion is substantiated that this is the only law that has been promulgated, but does not actually find practical application.
