Summary/Abstract: The article provides an understanding of the contribution of the main approaches to decision-making in legal argumentation through a brief overview of the main concepts related to its object. It is substantiated that the concept of «point of view» as an object of argumentation in the legal context is not the same as the concept of «conclusion», «claim», «proposal», «separate opinion of the judge».
