Summary/Abstract: Communication is a multilayered, horizontally and vertically complex phenomenon, which can readily associate different sciences and disciplines into its domain. All categories of culture, communication and education are integrated parts of the whole system of social community. Intercultural dialogue is an important step in overcoming the boundaries that separate people and groups. However, dialogue represents only one element of the puzzle. Intercultural dialogue is the basis for multicultural understanding and also a platform for cooperation between cultures. The fundamental idea is to enrich human personal development through direct communication with the values of a multicultural society, which are shared by representatives of different cultures.
