Summary/Abstract: The article presents the personality of Vintilă Horia, who believed that the shortest path to freedom is faith. It is not just about that faith in God who always guided his life, but it is also about the faith to return to his homeland. He was a writer who showed that really exist two types of exile: one inside and one outside of the soul.
