Summary/Abstract: The paper aims at presenting the basic significative aspects of linguocultural concept „love“ in Bulgarian paremiology through bringing out its generalized semantic model and outlining its prototype significative features. Bulgarian proverbs, reflecting the above mentioned concept, are the object of the study. The analisys of the expressions follows their qualitative and quantitative aspect.
