Summary/Abstract: The following article is an analysis of the changes taking place in the flow of capital in the form of FDI in Ukraine, and Ukrainian investments sent abroad during the period of 9 years. The data used in the article were collected by the Central Office of Statistics of Ukraine and UNCTAD from the beginning of 2004 to the beginning of 2013. The article also forecasts further changes in 2013, taking into account the actual situation of the country and the move of the Government of Ukraine, as well as surveys conducted by public institutions, especially the Central Office of Statistics of Ukraine and the O. Razumkov Ukrainian Centre for Economic and Political Issues.
