Summary/Abstract: This study presents the 33 loci where the author is proposing a reading divergent from, or new in comparison with, Jensen’s authoritative edition. The emendations have resulted from collating through autopsy. Although their majority is of smaller significance, some new readings render Athenogenes and Troezen’s relationship more understandable. The Athenian metic must most probably have been raised in Troezen, therefore fleeing back there on the eve of Chaeronea. This is why the people of Troezen trusted him, which the orator claims he disgracefully abused.
