Summary/Abstract: Business law is accompanied by contemporary collective consciousness as an expression of a worldwide movement of public opinion, which of course foresees - in the not too distant future - the acknowledgement of an universal business law. The history of commercial law is directly related to the development of human society, the development of trade and the currency use. In fact, money is the economic instrument of „civilized” trade.
