Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of the crimes group against to the life and health of the person, namely criminal participation in the commission of such crimes. The right to life is a defining right of the human being, and the European Court considers it one of the fundamental values of our society, but also in the field of human rights internationally. Whenever a crime against to the life and health of the person is committed by the activity of several persons, who have expressly or tacitly agreed for this purpose, before or during its commission, there is a criminal participation. The connection between the participants cannot generate the conclusion that there is a common guilt of these persons, because the guilt is strictly individual, specific to each participant, an indispensable condition for individual criminal liability.
