Appearance of validity of the cause of the ostensibly simulated legal act

Summary/Abstract: The exegesis of legal provisions is of major importance, especially in the case of simulation, when the good that forms its object is alienated by the apparent purchaser, party to the ostensible contract. Since it is a subsequent act, often the acquiring third party does not know its cause or the ostensible act. There is therefore no visible cause, but there is the trust of the sub-acquirer in its existence and validity, a psychological attitude protected by law.
