Summary/Abstract: The problems of legal consciousness are gaining special relevance in today’s dynamic and globalized society, in which a huge range of public relations are subject to legal regulation. On the other hand, legal consciousness on a personal level is the main factor for conformist or deviant behavior. Legal consciousness is one of the main elements of the legal field of public life, which has specific characteristics and plays a significant role in the implementation of the control functions of law and in the process of its social action, in the establishment of the principles of justice and Rule of Law.
