Summary/Abstract: Abstract: The paper aim is the analysis of the way of communication in the pandemic, the ethics of communication. The main objective is to identify particular aspects regarding the ethics of communication in the medical field through mass media, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic. Since February2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on how people communicate globally. There have been a lot of slips with information that have had big consequences in different economies around the world. Sometimes the information was bad, and sometimes it was just bad. There has been a lot of confusion and complexity with the COVID-19 pandemic because of the spread of false information in the media. One must be careful in communications between medical personnel and specialists from other fields, as the communication of both should be ethical. In times of crisis or pandemic, communication. Our research proves that misinformation, especially in mass media, negatively influenced the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and/or certain media channels has brought confusion to people's minds. The conclusion of our research is that ethical medical communication, especially during a crisis/pandemic, eliminates the unwanted consequences of false information to the population.
