Summary/Abstract: Abstract: Distance learning is an educational model where individuals are free of learning resources and have no time constraints. During the pandemic period, most schools and universities continued their classes with online lectures and using different platforms. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the quality of distance education in crisis situation. A survey method was used in the research; the participants of the research were 61 students and teachers from Romania. According to the results of this research, it was found that the quality of the educational system depends on the following factors: having a computer, the teacher's behavior during teaching, the teacher's competence, and the acceptance of technology.
