Professional and Pedagogical Training in Managerial Culture for Future Economics Lecturers

Summary/Abstract: In the article the author focuses on the importance of forming and educating managerial culture of students – future economics lecturers in the process of professional and pedagogical training in an economic university. This necessity is connected with challenges and requirements of the today's ever-changing global professional and business environment which future lecturers are supposed to face. The author also analyzes the essence, content and structure of managerial culture, identifying such components as motivation, professional values and objectives, professional knowledge, skills and personality’s qualities and characteristics. The author thoroughly looks through the educational program of professional pedagogical preparation of future economics teachers at an economic university as a complementary qualification and suggests her own contribution to enhancing this training by means of introducing a special method of forming and enhancing managerial culture. The method of educating managerial culture comprises three main stages and classroom management techniques.
