Summary/Abstract: RIL Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), six decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Civil Code and Code of Civil Procedure. HP In relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the settlement of certain legal matters), two decisions were delivered regarding: Law No 303/2004 on the status of judges and prosecutors, with reference to Law No 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system and Law No 46/1996 on the preparation of the population for defence; Labour Code, with reference to Framework Law No 153/2017 on posting and the rights of the seconded employee.
