Summary/Abstract: One of the effects of the marginalisation of legal culture in schools is also that of maintaining the ambiguity of the extremely fragile borderline that separates school conducting from the freedom of personal development, an ambiguity whose consequences are most terrible. This is why in this article we will highlight the role of the right culture in the educational process of awareness of human freedoms and tolerance, essential values for a democratic society.
