Summary/Abstract: This article shall not analyze the implications of the due diligence process in the sale purchase agreement, but rather to surprise the impossibility of expressing an informed consent in the matter of this agreement, which in practice is realized by issuing a signature, without understanding all the implications that this simple signature produce. However, most of the time, the dynamics of the contemporary world do not allow the formation of the legal will with respect of taking into account all the consequences produced directly and indirectly by issuing a signature, which gives the presumption of a validly expressed consent.
