Summary/Abstract: Juvenile delinquency is formed at the intersection of nature with nurture. In the present paper, I analyzed the socio-individual factors and psychological disorders which predispose to antisocial behaviors in teenagers. In the first part of the paper, I analyzed the individual predictors (intelligence, self-control capacity, negative afectivity etc.) and also the environmental predictors (violence/ infractionality in family, family involvement, educational level etc.). Also, in the second part, I have presented some psychiatric diagnoses associated with juvenile delinquency in teenagers: oppositional defiant disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, conduct disorder, pyromania, kleptomania.
