Summary/Abstract: Since most ancient times the human mind shows interest for the problems of Constitutional law. But thinkers of the Old and Middle Age, as well as those of the New Age, engage in research of this maternal only partially and within the framework of various scientific disciplines. A particular Constitutional Law Science (Constitutionology) develops only during the source of the 19th century. First it was necessary for the subject of its interest to develop i.e. Constitutional Law as a social phenomenon and as part of the legal system as a whole to form into an independent legal branch. This condition is met with the appearance of constitutionalism, a wide political and legal movement whose essence is the democratization of power and the rule of law, as well as written constitutions as founding laws of a social system. Since then a number of authors is engaged in the field of constitutional law enriching with contents and quality particular aspects, and the science as a whole.
