Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on of need of studying of the broken homeostasis at damage of bone tissue. The purpose of this work is explanation of need of carrying out laboratory monitoring of slow consolidation of bone tissue at injury of the bottom jaw. Laboratory researches were conducted at 83 patients. All patients were divided into groups with a normal and slow union. Research conducted before operation and till 3 months after operation. At patients defined the main laboratory indicators (lymphocytes, cytokins, acute phase proteins, lactoferrin). Statistical processing of results is carried out with «STATISTICА» program use. Laboratory monitoring allows to detail participation of components of system in regeneration of bone tissue. High informational content of the developed tests gives the chance to lower number of complications of treatment. Informative indicators for forecasting of a slow union of a bone tissue are defined. Before operation it is C-reactive protein and the Ig M level, in the early postoperative period it is quantity of neutrophils, after oxidizing explosion, number T-cells, and also concentration of IL-1α. On the basis of the conducted research criteria of forecasting of slow consolidation of a bone tissue in treatment of injuries of the lower jaw taking into account the most informative indicators were developed, the range of normal values during the studied period of time and critical value of sizes is determined. It is proved that the complex of tests of immunological monitoring has to be diagnostic reasonable, economically expedient and almost significant in an assessment of a condition of the patient with injuries of a bone tissue at stages of treatment and postoperative rehabilitation. Emergence of new medical technologies leads to appearance of users objective information that gives promise on a wide demand of results of immunological monitoring.
