Summary/Abstract: The „reform” of the criminal procedural legislation, highlighted the lack of vision of the legislator, reflected by the introduction of some dispositions that have generated discussions, the defective wording of many texts, their non-correlation, etc.; some of those specific to the suspect and the injured person, as main procedural subjects, are highlighted and analyzed in this study.
