Summary/Abstract: As a goal, in this study, the effective communication skills that affect the management process in educational organizations will be addressed and a holistic approach will be taken to the work within the framework of the research and reviews conducted on the subject. In a broad sense, the communication process is used to change human behavior, establish a communication network in the organization, improve relations between individuals and groups, perform the duties of authority and ensure effective coordination. Dec. The communication process is Decoupled from them by the feature of being a coordinator between management processes. Decision-making, planning, organizing, giving orders, coordinating, motivating, supervising, etc. the communication process is at the heart of all management processes. Communication is a two-way process. The organizational communication process in educational management can sometimes be one-way. One-way communication is faster, two-way communication is healthier, more objective. However, in two-way communication, there is a risk that the parties will find each other's mistakes and react instantly and emotions will come into play. An administrator is a person who is at the head of an organization, employs personnel under his command, orders and commands. In other words, an administrator is a referral and administrator who works at a high level. The manager is the person who conducts the management work. Managing means applying all the work of an organization and harmonizing it in a way that will increase success. It is emphasized by many researchers that the first responsibility in effective communication skills within the framework of educational management lies with the manager, and in case of communication breakdown, the manager should find out where the fault lies without bringing any blame.
