Summary/Abstract: The research, which was carried out to determine whether the perception levels of the classroom teachers about the learning organization differ depending on the variables of gender, age, graduation and professional seniority, were carried out with 165 volunteer classroom teachers working in primary schools in the Mecitözü district of Çorum. The method adopted in the research; It is a quantitative research survey model. The research data were collected with a 4- point Likert type learning school scale. It was tested whether the research data were normally distributed. Since the research data were normally distributed, analysis was performed with frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, independent group "t" test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The value of .05 was used as the significance level of the findings. In the study, it was concluded that the perception levels of the classroom teachers about the learning organization did not differ significantly according to the variables of gender, age, graduation and professional seniority.
