Summary/Abstract: The agri-food problem constitutes one of the cardinal challenges to which all countries are subjected, especially those of the underdeveloped world. The world population adds more and more and, in contrast, there is a decrease in the cultivated area. The article carries out an analysis of the substantive regulation of the Contract for the Cooperative Production of goods or for the provision of services (CPC) in the Cuban legal system, how its use has been adapted by the subjects of economic management for the production of paddy rice. humid in the province of Granma, in this line, a diagnosis of the behavior of the ordinary processes followed to resolve the disputes arising from the breach of the obligations agreed upon during the execution of this type of contract, known by the Economic Chamber of the Provincial Court, is carried out.
