Summary/Abstract: This Pastoral letter highlights the peace that comes from Christ, the gift of peace and harmony that streams out of the Holy Trinity. Christ is the Lord of peace, He founded the kingdom of eternal and universal peace. This peace is a gift from God, however, to preserve it, people, especially Christians, need commitment. Every Christian must fight for peace. In the spirit of Christ’s teaching, Christians wish for peace, seek peace, follow the path of peace and fight for it in communion with all the people in the world that wish for peace. In the old times, war was considered the last resort for settling differences. Nowadays we realise that war is irrational.
