Summary/Abstract: Schools are social environments where students are involved in social rules. In the school environment, there are problems that can damage the social and psychological development of students, and one of them is bullying. The biggest task in the fight against tyranny is for teachers. This study is designed to analyze and compare the level of awareness of teachers' competence in bullying and bullying programs in different teaching levels to determine training needs. The universe of the study is composed of all teachers in Turkey. In the study, the sampling method was used and 200 teachers participated in the study. The data is collected through the survey created in Google Forms. All statistical analyzes were performed in the study using the SPSS 22.0 program. According to the findings obtained from the study, 86.5% of teachers believe that bullying is a problem for the entire school. Again, 72% of the teachers stated that they had not received bullying training and most of them had not heard of any of the bullying programs used in the world for years. Considering that the issue of bullying is a multidisciplinary issue that concerns many disciplines, from education to health, and that it will create long-term problems if no action is taken; Our research focuses on the competencies and training needs of teachers, who are the most important actors in the prevention of bullying.
