Examination of Technical Application Studies in Educational Institutions

Summary/Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to examine the technical application studies in educational institutions. In the study, which is shaped within the framework of the concepts of education, technique, educational institutions and educational technology, the stages of development of educational technologies in the historical process in general are also briefly examined. The phenomenon of globalization is progressing at an inconceivable speed in our age. The advanced inventions and developments in science and technology accelerate the globalization process and affect societies in every field, as well as changing and improving education systems. The educational and technical concept in globalization represents a process that allows us to constantly learn, acquire knowledge, become knowledgeable people, produce knowledge, and live with knowledge. From this point of view, education and technology occupy an important place in the globalization process. In this process, it is to keep up with the technical development expected from the personnel working in educational institutions. In addition, education administrators are expected to use technology and science effectively in the process of influencing educators in order to achieve the goals of education.
