Contemporary Russian Literature and its Czech Reception in Periodicals on the Russian Studies

Summary/Abstract: The paper maps Czech reception of contemporary Russian literature in periodicals on the Russian Studies Rossica Olomucensia, Philologia Rossica and Novaya rusistika over the past ten years (2012–2021) with focus on the published studies. The author also pays attention to other specialized periodicals focused on Slavic languages and literatures in which essays on contemporary Russian literature can be published. The paper deals with methodological grounds from which the current Russian literature is examined and which phenomena, authors or themes have been studied and prioritized in the periodicals over the past ten years.
