Summary/Abstract: In each country and locality, there are different ways in promoting trade to increase the value of agricultural products in order to expand markets, promote products and enhance the value of local agricultural products. The article studies how to implement and implement solutions to develop agricultural products of Thailand, Portugal and provinces in the country. From there, draw lessons for Lai Chau province in improving the value of temperate fruit trees in particular and developing the agricultural sector in the future of the province.
